Abstract
(100)-oriented PLZT ((Pb1-x, Lax) (Zry,Ti1-y)1-x/4O3, x/y=9/65) films of up to ~ 1.23 μm have been developed on LaAlO3 single crystal substrate by magnetron sputtering.
These waveguide EO materials are typically made from bulk LiNbO3, but gradually replaced by ferroelectric oxides with large linear or quadratic EO coefficent, such as lanthanum-modified lead zirconate tinatate (PLZT).
PLZT materials exhibit a combination of advantageous piezoelectric, pyroelectric, and electro-optic properties, could be a promising alternative because they can offer the samll size of optical devices and relatively low cost [ [] J.
Akedo, Journal of Crystal Growth, 275 (2005) 1275-128 ] and therefore the thickness of the as-deposited films can be increased to above 1um without cracks.

The constitutive parameters were gained from room- and high-temperature tensile tests of the material in the as-cast condition.
Effective stress or hardening parameter contours provide us with useful information on yielding of the material.
Acknowledgments This research was carried out under the project number 05237 in the framework of the Research Program of the Materials innovation institute (www.m2i.nl), former Netherlands Institute for Metals Research.

Therefore, current research focus on the development of alternative materials to replace autogenous bone and provide effective bone regeneration.
Ceramic calcium phosphate materials, especially hydroxyapatite and tricalcium phosphate (TCP), can both have some of their Ca ² + content partially replaced by Sr 2 +.
It was suggested to change also the dissolution behavior of the materials, increasing solubility [21-23].
