Controlled release of tablets containing poorly water soluble model drug coated with Kollicoat MAE 30DP Stefan Lemke1, a and Mont Kumpugdee-Vollrath1, b,* 1Beuth Hochschule für Technik Berlin - University of Applied Sciences, Faculty of Mathematics-Physics-Chemistry, Pharmaceutical and Chemical Engineering, Luxemburger Str. 10, D-13353 Berlin, Germany aslemke@beuth-hochschule.de, b,*vollrath@beuth-hochschule.de (corresponding author) Keywords: controlled release, Kollicoat, fluidized bed, coating, SEM, dissolution Abstract.
Materials and Methods 1) Preparation of core tablets The core tablets with a weight of 295 mg and a hardness of 82N were prepared by mixing 2%w/w of the model drug (Behr GmbH, Germany, purity 98%, solubility 30mg/l) together with 96%w/w of a filler (Ludipress, BASF, Germany) and 2%w/w of glidants (talcum:magnesium stearate (Fagron, Germany) = 1:1) in the three dimensional shaking mixer (Turbula T2A, Willy A.

But this method has following deficiencies: (1) Most places that may appear landslides are difficult to reach so that technical workers taking artificial searching approach may easily get injured; (2) As there are so many places that may appear landslides, it will cost more human, material and financial resources if all easy occurrence points get artificial inspection; (3) The method observing surface crack width using naked eye has some deficiencies: first of all, the observation accuracy of human eye may vary from person to person; second, it is hard to avoid human factors in founding no surface crack.
It will not only reduce the expense of manpower and material resources, but also improve the monitoring accuracy by full-time monitoring.
The sensor adopted is FAS-LF-BM01 crackmetre produced by JiangXi FeiShang Science and Technology Liability Company.

The calculation assumes include the following aspects: (1) During the construction period, the normal working condition is only considered, and the earthquake and civil air condition is not included; (2) The materials of existing running tunnel and shield tunnel are in linear elastic state; (3) The relationship between the structure and soil meets the principle of deformation coordination.
