Experimental materials We use the cement as the cementing agent to make the cement cores.The main material is quartz sand then bring the mixture of the dry cement and quartz sand according to a certain proportion into the tailor-made sand filling tube and plug the both ends with the screen and ring.
Normal cement We use the normal cement as the cementing agent to make the artificial cores.The cement type is 32.5R.The particle diameter is approximate 30-60μm.The artificial cores consist of silicate cement grogs,6%-15% mixed material and an appropriate amount of gypsums.The property of this artificial cores include:being a paste after agitating with water,it can be stiffened in the air or in the water and it also cemented the sand and stone and so on together.It is a kind of hydraulic cementtitious materials.

The insulated Cu wire terminals (usually Cu or Cu alloy, Ni, Kovar, etc.) of many electronic devices and components are frequently plated with materials (such as Au, Ag, Ni or tin) to improve corrosion resistance or to obtain a unique combination of mechanical, thermal, and electrical characteristics [1,5,7].
However, these plating materials may dramatically influence joining processes and hence joint quality, compared to the joining of the same substrates without plating.

The core materials can be cellular, light wood and rigid foam.

In the shaving process, removing material from work gear surface causes hardening on work gear surface.
It is due to unwanted friction and material flow by the action of top land of serration.
In other word, most of material can be removed in first few cutting cycles.
It means that most of material will be removed after first and second cutting cycle.
