Statistic materials [1,2] at home and abroad indicate that, during 50 to 60 in the 20th century there were about 20% to 40% persons dead by suffocation, inhalation of smoke or carbon monoxide poisoning in high-rise building fires.

In fire the steel mechanical property is related to the temperature, and the steel mechanical properties after fire depend on the maximum history temperature even though the current temperature is at room temperature.To define a material model for both fire and post fire stage, a field variable was used to represent the maximum temperature.
So the steel material model can be defined to be a function of temperature and the field variable.

Abstract.
The sapphire substrate[1] is a lower cost material and widely used as the substrate of GaN.
Thickness, refractive index and absorption coefficient for each layer of the LED chip model material thickness [µm] refractive index absorption coefficient [µm-1] sapphire 100 1.67 0.000001 N-GaN 4 2.45 0.01 active layer 0.1 2.45 0.01 P-GaN 0.3 2.45 0.01 Table 1 shows that the difference of refractive index between GaN and doped P-GaN or N-GaN is ignored, and the properties of active layer is the same as the properties of GaN.

Construction of pile foundation
Pile should be arranged, so that the loads of each pile are similarly and making a larger force in the pile group which have a greater cross-section direction resistance moment to giving full play to the effectiveness of pile material.
The same group based on of pile group of diameter, material may not be the same.
