Effect of Normalizing Pre-Treatment on Microstructure of Laser Hardened Ductile Iron Yanan Wanga , Liying Hanb and Ying Sunc School of Material and Metallurgy, University of Science and Technology LiaoNing, Anshan, Liaoning, China, 114044 awynaskd@163.com, bkdhanliying@163.com, csunying@tagal.com.cn Keywords: Ductile Iron; Normalizing; Laser Treatment; Microstructure of Hardened Layer Abstract: We adjusted the pearlite content of ductile iron matrixin by normalizing, finding that the microstructures of laser hardened ductile iron with different pearlite content and distribution were quite different.
Experimental materials and methods Experimental materials: The material for this experiment is ductile iron of cast magnesium (Chemical composition seen in Table 1).

Table 1 Mechanical properties for various materials.
All materials are assumed to be elastic-rigid plastic with isotropy.
They conducted the self-consistent model to describe Young’s modulus and Poisson’s ratio of the porous material with the void volume fraction f in terms of Young’s modulus and Poisson’s ratio of the corresponding matrix when the void volume fraction is relatively large.
(8) Mechanical properties for other materials are listed in Table 1.

The model size is 70mm×70mm×20mm and whose material is PBT, the content of glass fiber in this material is 30% [6].
According to the material of the CPU fan, we chose PBT whose trademark is Valox 830U as the selected material in the software of MPI.
The recommended Injection temperature of this material is: T1=237~254°C.

In contact latching the magnet is attracted to another member and is placed in direct contact with the member, which can be another magnet or a soft magnetic material such as iron.
Consider a magnet with a remanence Br that is in contact with a plate of high permeability (µ) material such as iron that is unsaturated (Fig. 1(a)).
Here the magnet with attached flux plates is attracted to a wall made of soft magnetic material.

Now, some kinds of artificial materials have been like this “multi-function”. 2.2.
It has developed a wide range of building materials, integration of photovoltaic products and components which can be replaced by photovoltaic roof, windows, sun shadings, security fence and wall et al.
The whole structure is built from recycled materials and will be 100% energy self-sufficient by using photovoltaic cells. 5.

Hence, finding a simple, direct and effective way to select raw materials and construction technologies is one of the key steps to ensure the durability of concrete structure.
During the early stage of concrete pouring, the corrosion inhibitor is added to the mixing materials as the additional agent.
Meanwhile, it is necessary to strictly restrict the chloride level in the raw materials of concrete (such as the sea sand).

Motivation and Tasks In order to exploit the full potential of lightweight structures there is an obvious trend in joining different materials, such as joining metal with CFRP structures.
Especially for advanced aircrafts it became a common procedure to insert hybrid materials, such as CARALL, which comprise good mechanical properties and low weight.
These forces cause particle deflection acting as sources of ultrasonic waves in the material [8].
