Abstract:A new technology of direct acid leaching vanadium without grinding and roasting was put forward, and the effects of leaching factors including dosage of sulfuric acid, type and dosage of assistant leaching agent, leaching time and temperature, liquid-solid ratio on the vanadium leaching rate were systematically investigated.
Aiming at the properties of clay vanadium ore and shortages of the existing vanadium extraction technologies, a new technology for extracting vanadium by acid leaching without grinding and roasting was put forward in this paper, and the effects of factors on leaching rate of vanadium were investigated in detail to provide a benefit to scientific research work of vanadium extraction and exploitation of clay vanadium ore. 1 Experimental 1.1 Materials The raw sample was taken from the Mayang District in Hunan Province of China, and the raw ore properties analysis and leaching experimental study was carried out after the raw sample was crushed into particles of size of -2mm.

Large amount of fertilizer to use, but low utilization, especially nitrogen, which accounts for the application of fertilizer use 80% or more, the average utilization rate is only 35%, roughly equivalent to developed countries, 1:2[3], the remaining part divided by the form of ammonia and nitrogen oxides into the atmosphere, the rest are entered with the precipitation and irrigation water, groundwater and rivers and lakes leading to nitrogen and phosphorus content of the material increased, causing eutrophication.
The enough bottom material (compost, green manure, etc.), can partly or completely reduce the using of chemical fertilizers.
