The data shown in this figure is representative for contacts formed on Al+ implanted materials under the conditions described in the previous section.
A comparison of Ti/AlNi/W contact performance to Ti/Ni2Si/W on the same Al+ implanted material was also studied.
A second motivating factor for the continued investigation of this system is the possibility for it to serve as an ohmic contact for both n- and p-type material.

Also, it can fill line for profile, create the filling line standard drawings and can also generate the bill of materials of the assemblies.
The purposes of the analysis are (1) the optimization design of the scheme (2) analysing the reasons of failures, looking for improving methods. The main steps of the Finite Element Analysis technology in the submarine self-propelled model are, (1)setting up the various attributes of the materials, (2)the definitions of the restraint and load, (3)finite element analysis and optimization to main position by application module.
Such problems include the replacement of parts and even the abandon of whole materials, followed by the decrease of design efficiency, the waste of cost and the delay of manufacture period.

For the steel box girder structure with thin-wall, the failure characteristics was buckling, namely, the structure first occurred instability failure, then material failure was caused.
The buckling analysis was done after the characteristic was obtained. plastic parameters was introduced in material properties, 2% grid defects were introduced for the node’s buckling instability displacement according to the node analysis to disturb grids and simulate structural instability.
The structural deformation was elastic deformation because the structural materials were in elastic state.
The maximum stress of the structure was 179MPa when 1960kN capacity jack was applied, the maximum deformation was 2.14mm, the structural materials were still in elastic state, and the structure was safe.

The major challenge for processing ores mined from high-arsenic deposit is the separation of copper arsenic, meanwhile, by pyrometallurgy treating high-arsenic sulfide copper concentrate may have a negative effect on environment due to the existence of arsenic, in addition, the usages of high-arsenic material are limited.
Material and Methods Sample The concentrate sample is taken from GeJiu in YunNan province of China, its constituent is shown in the table1.
