The special location of the streets and blocks with historic and cultural value requires that the planning and design must be conducted in a way which can determine the original and complete protection of the visual substances including the layout, color, materials, decorations, etc. of the building from the point of the entire city.
The mode of overall protection of the streets and blocks with historic and cultural value is that the material cultural heritage such as environment, layout, buildings and structures at this location has to be fully preserved, and at the same time, the original functions of the buildings have to be carried on to retain the natives and continue the living style and cultural practices of the natives.
For example the front and back patios can be rebuilt to skylight with steel structure, glass and other materials.
On that basis, portrait of the city can be refined and continued with traditional characteristics in material and mental sphere reserved.

SCC is a complex material exhibiting several sensitive interactions between the constituent materials [4] and the slump flow of SCC is not only determined by the water content and maximum size of coarse aggregate, but that is also influenced by the contents of other concrete ingredients.

Abstract.
Too much emphasis on material rewards Nowadays, though incentive mechanism has been implemented in star hotels, most hotels prioritize material incentives but fail to incorporate moral incentive into the mechanism.
Enhance comprehensive utilization of manifold incentive mechanism Manifold incentive means the incentive mode by integrating target encouraging, cultural encouraging, material encouraging, behavior encouraging and moral encouraging, etc.
In light of the characters of star hotel employees, (for example, they are young, unsophisticated, always moving from job to job, etc), the most effective incentive adopted by most hotels is material encouraging.
Though the short-term effect of material encouraging is remarkable, to retain the employees, managerial staff has to take into consideration building up manifold incentive mechanism.
