Introduction
Rapid Prototyping (Rapid Prototyping, RP), is to obtain a two-dimensional cross-section contour layer information by slicing process, which uses specific methods and materials to generate the same thin section shape, then accumulate each layers, until the last part of the solid model is generated, suitable for single and small batch production.

Experimental Method
Using N80 oil casing steel as experiment material, five specimens with the specification of 60mm×20mm×2mm were polished with 800# sandpaper and defatted with acetone after flushed by deionized water respectively. The specimens were put in the high temperature and high pressure dynamic reaction kettle, and the water produced in Daqing oilfield was used as medium.
