Methodology Materials.
This value is significant as normally produced water itself contains toxic materials and dispersed oil which may retard the growth of some microorganisms.
This high value may result from the high content of organic materials and dissolved solids in the samples.

Introduction As silicon-based power devices are approaching their theoretical limits, research concern is now focused on the development of alternative materials [1].
SiC material, with its superior properties of high breakdown field and high thermal conductivity, is a prominent material for power device.
To our knowledge, this is the excellent EAS data for 4H-SiC power rectifiers, even better than other materials.

With the addition of Ga to shift the band gap for better absorption of the solar Spectrum, CIGS are the most promising absorber materials for the thin film solar cells.
Several methods have been employed to develop CIGS solar cells[[] Chia-Hsiang Chen, Wen-Chieh Shih, Chih-Yu Chien, Chia-Hao Hsu, Yan-Huie Wu, Chih-Huang Lai: Solar Energy Materials & Solar Cells 103(2012)25-29. ].

Introduction TiO2 film deposition has stretched out the photocatalytic potential of TiO2 into producing not only self-cleaning but also antimicrobial surfaces that seize potential applications in a variety of products, such as medical devices [1], food packaging [2] as well as building materials [3].
Yet, studies reported earlier are utilizing materials that are smooth or have lower surface roughness, such as glass and stainless steels.
Materials and Methods TiO2 coating were prepared by using titanium (IV) isopropoxide (TTiP) (Sigma-Aldrich Co.), ethanol, hydrochloric acid (37% HCl) and deionized water as titanium precursor, solvent, catalyst and hydrolysis medium respectively.

Introduction Recent developments in SiC substrate production by the sublimation technique and epitaxial growth of high quality films by chemical vapour deposition (CVD) enable the production of suitable material for high power devices.[1] The homoepitaxial growth of α-SiC has been performed by liquid phase epitaxy (LPE) and chemical vapour deposition (CVD) methods.
Optical and electrical characterizations will follow this great improvement in growth rate to ensure that the material gives the possibility to realize good high power devices on it.
