Meanwhile, SKD-11 (JIS) (90 x 60 mm and 10 mm) with 55HRC hardness was used as the workpiece material.
A jig was prepared help set and clamp the workpiece material during drilling operations.
This is related to the heat generated on the drill, dynamic behavior, and material removal rate that occurred during drilling operation [4, 6].

Organic dyes are complex molecules (ionic salts) adding color to fabric and materials, most of them possessing resistance to detergents and heat [2].
The resulting decomposition of these organic colorant waste materials leads to the formation of water and carbon dioxide, posing no environmental threat [10].
Experimental Materials and Methods The materials used in this research were zinc acetate dihydrate [Zn(CH3COO)2.2H2O] 99,5% (E.
Further investigation will be conducted to increase the MB degradation efficiency by modifying the system or by adding another semiconductor materials.

The character of concrete pavement was affected directly with raw materials, mix proportion design, procedures control, construction environment, and testing level, etc.
Pavement concrete and construction method Raw materials.
The pavement concrete prepared with suited raw materials, appropriate mix proportion and modern construction procedure in the section, had been possessed to stronger flexural strength and better stability, not only met the design targets of the quality, but also had excellent grade.
