Abstract: The modal analyses for rotating disk with pre-stressed in different high speeds were made respectively based on the finite element software of ANSYS.
During the disc rotating at high speed, its large diameter, instable material and other factors, it tend to produce large-vibration, big noise, and even direct fracture, which leads to decreased reliability of the disc's work and bring unnecessary losses for company. Therefore, in order to ensure its stable and reliable structure, reducing vibration and noise, in addition to the structure on the disc stiffness strength design, it's absolutely necessary to analyze the disc's vibration modal.
ω2n +a 1ω2(n-1) +a 2ω2(n-2) +⋯+a n-1ω2 +a n=0. ⑤ K-ω2γMμγ =0. ⑥ So ⑤ and ⑥ combined, then natural frequencies and mode shapes vector or modal vectors of N high-speed rotating disk can be obtained. 2 high-speed rotating disk modal analysis 2.1 Finite element model By ANSYS finite element analysis software application of a large-diameter metallic high-speed rotating disk to establish an accurate physical model. The geometric parameters: a diameter of 700mm, the hole diameter of 100mm, and a thickness of 8mm.In order to save computing time, it is necessary to simplify the disc remove the smaller chamfer and fillets[2].Material model is EX=1.96Gpa,PRXY=0.35,ρ=1200kg/m3 .After the model is completed, using solid185 meshing on the disc, model after meshing shown in Figure 1.Try to make the thickness of the grid divided accuracy of analysis can not only meet, not to make the model too much, take up too much computer resources and
