2.2 To establish the model
The material of Fresnel lens mold machine tool bed of large diameter is HT250, elastic modulus E=66178MPa, the Poisson's ratio =0.27, the density of =7200kg/m3.
The local vibration mode shows that the bed local stiffness is low, there is the phenomenon of uneven stiffness composed of body parts of the structure, the main reason may be the different parts of the material distribution is not reasonable, uneven wall thickness, the section shape not specification and so on.

Because model is axis symmetrical, 1/4 model is taken when modeling for minishing calculate work, which is shown as Figure 2.

In model, the material of explosive is B explosive, that of combined cover is copper, that of shell is steel. [4]
2.2 Gridding plotting
Explosive, cover, shell, water and air are plotting gridding respectively by using SOLID164 hexahedron cell in ANSYS LS-DYNA.
(4)Johnson-Cook construct equation is used to describe cover and shell, the formula is shown as follow: (5) Among them, is stress of material;A, B, C, N, l, m is materail constant;is effective elasticity strain. 2.4 Calculation result According to the foregoing defined physical model and gridding plotting, the simulation results of this model are got by ANSYS LS-DYNA, which are shown as Figure 3 and Figure 4.
