In ViewFlex set FlexBody to Geometry, this means we use the geometry feature to build the flexible body, set Solid Tetrahedral in the Mesh/Properties, and use the appropriate dimensions and material properties.

Abstract.
The sapphire substrate[1] is a lower cost material and widely used as the substrate of GaN.
Thickness, refractive index and absorption coefficient for each layer of the LED chip model material thickness [µm] refractive index absorption coefficient [µm-1] sapphire 100 1.67 0.000001 N-GaN 4 2.45 0.01 active layer 0.1 2.45 0.01 P-GaN 0.3 2.45 0.01 Table 1 shows that the difference of refractive index between GaN and doped P-GaN or N-GaN is ignored, and the properties of active layer is the same as the properties of GaN.
