Abstract.Reinforced soil has been among the most effective soil modification materials.
Clay was used as sub grade material.
The advances of these materials have usually been considered by an increase in their applications.
Material Composite materials consist of two parts.

Agar is one of the most attractive materials due to abundant, thermoplastic, biocompatible and biodegradable [7].
Powder materials have strong ability to segregate and flow freely to the surrounding due to its light and fine particles properties.
In battery, binder are electrochemically inactive materials, even so plays an important role on the electrode activity [9].

Because the anode materials are expensive, and will cause high energy consumption, low mechanical strength, short service life and other issues, the development of new anode materials are the future research direction and hotspot of anode materials.
PbO2 and MnO2 are non-noble metal oxide materials.
Anode materials obtain both advantages has been studied by Soviet Union, which have not been reported yet.

This is because it does not require the consumable filler materials and can eliminate some welding defects such as crack and porosity.
