With the development of science and technology and even the market demand, the improvement of the performance of diesel engine’s noise, vibration and harshness (NVH) has become a symbol of the inner product quality[1,2].
The finite element models require detailed geometric and material data of the engine components, as well loading data defined by engine combustion forces.

Abstract.
Their results confirm that the degree of clogging rises with the volume of the removed material.
The material removal was proceeded without dressing the tool until an overall volume of material V = 20700 mm³ had been removed.
The clogging degree increases with proceeding material removal.

Introduction
Ultrasonic is the propagation of ultrasonic vibrations in a kind of medium, and its essence is a mechanical vibration which propagates in the elastic medium by means of waves [1].The ultrasonic detection technology can be used to determine the size, the shape or the distribution of the flaws in the specimen’s internal structure or on the surface by using the influence of the material itself and the internal flaws on the propagation. [2] Because Ultrasonic spreading in some kinds of media can be reflected if it meets any interface, and the ultrasonic has better directivity, greater energy of propagation, and much stronger penetrating power through various materials, the ultrasonic has been widely applied to nondestructive detections.
The inner component is made up of some ultrasonic absorbed material, [14] which is designed for the streamlined water channel to form a stable flowing water column.
B THE ANTI-INTERFERENCE INTRACAVITY The inner component of the water-spout nozzle is made up of special ultrasonic absorbed materials, and the design of the inner water pipeline is optimized by the computer simulations.

Introduction
With the development of science technology and the improvement of aesthetic awareness, people's requirements of mechanical products streamlined appearance are more and more high.
The dead material (containing chromium, nickel, molybdenum, manganese, titanium, vanadium, etc.) are often hard to process, so we should use extreme pressure or extreme pressure cutting oil emulsion.
The selection of free-form surface machining process parameters is that user input processing object description in the actual production and processing requirements, then reasonably free-form surface machining program can be obtained based on previous cutting tool material selection and the experience.
