Hybrid processes can be very easy to handle and very efficient to grow nanostructured materials.
Conclusion The complexity of the materials deposited by hybrid processes can be regarded as an advantage since we wish to create new materials with original structures and properties.
Then, we are far from being able to describe thoroughly these processes despite materials with new properties can be grown in thin film.
