The pressures and countermeasures of grassland biodiversity conservation in northern China Zhirong Zheng1,2,a, Chaoyang Feng2b, Shengxing Ye 2,c , Zhaoyan Diao2d and Shihai Lv*2,e 1 Department of Plant Biology and Ecology, College of Life Science, Nankai University, Tianjin300071, China 2 State Environmental Protection Key Laboratory of Regional Eco-process and Function Assessment, State Key Laboratory of Environmental Criteria and Risk Assessment, Chinese Research Academy of Environmental Sciences (CRAES), Beijing100012, China azhengzhir08@163.com, bfengcy@craes.org.cn, cysx001@gmail.com, ddiaozhy@126.com, elv_sh@craes.org.cn* Keywords: grassland biodiversity, human interferences, climate change, countermeasure.
However, with the growth of plants and natural factors change, the contradiction between supply and demand of water in sandy grassland caused increasingly evident "self-thinning" phenomenon [6], which not only wasted a lot of manpower, material and financial resources, but also caused certain ecological damage.

The injection mold incorporated with ITSB was used to inject 2 different products of different or similar material in a separate injection molding process.
The material used in analysis of these test pieces was polystyrene (Polystyrol 143 E) supplied by BASF.
The material was injected in separate injection mold process for which the X-axis rotation caused the tensile test piece cavity to fill whilst the Y-axis rotation causes the flexural test piece cavity to fill (Fig. 5 and Fig. 6).
Other defects due to high melt filling temperature resulted in material damages and low melt filling temperature which led to short molding.

Fig.2 The reaction force of isolator to the shell. where and are Poisson ratio and elastic module of shell material respectively, is dimensionless shell length, is the longitudinal wave speed in the material defined by (3) where is the material density, is dimensionless shell thickness defined by (4) Considering that radial displacements are dominant in the cylindrical shell’s motion, the two-order differential terms relating to and in Eq.2a and Eq.2b are ignored for simplicity.
Substituting Eq.5, Eq.6, Eq.13, Eq.14 and 18 into Eq.2 yields (19) where is the damping ratio of shell material, is the isolator deflection given by Eq.14.
The Poisson ratio of shell material is , elastic module is , and density is kg/m3.

In the case of DDA with high order displacement functions, considering the deformation and contact of blocks, one random shapes block is formed by some small line segment on the material boundary.
The left boundary, right boundary and bottom boundary are constrained The 8g body force is applied on the rigid block of material 3, and the boundary block of material 2 is rigid without body force.
For parameter of ground of material 1: the elastic modulus is 2Mpa, Poison ratio is 0.2.

The last step is to define the material properties and boundary conditions.
The material properties are defined as functions of temperature, as briefly listed in Table 1[8].

The relationship between dynamic recrystallization volume fraction() and true strain(ε)is described by the famous JMAK equation[5]: (1) Where: ε - true strain, -0.6339 as Avarami material constants,-1.0994 as Avarami index,-strain when dynamic recrystallization is 50%.
The flow stress is given by the material database.
