However, commonly, there are limitations on reducing the thickness due to technical reasons related to the Surface Mounting Technology (SMT) for a PCB, material of the case, forming process, and assembly, and the paces of development of other technologies is slow.
For this study, a sheet metal of heat-treated SK5 steel was used as the material for fabricating the flat spring.
Generally, the hardness of raw SK5, which is a carbon tool steel, is only 170 ± 10 HV; however, the mechanical properties of the material can be controlled relatively easily by varying the heat treatment conditions in a process called austempering.
The material used to fabricate the spring wire rod is SUS301H, which is widely used for mobile phones, and the chemical composition is as shown in Table 3.

Introduction Grain seeds: wheat, barley, oats, rice, maize, buckwheat, etc. which provide food for humans and animals, as well as the raw material of some industrial enterprises, have an average moisture content of freshly harvested grains ranging from 13% to 40%.
In order to remove the water from the drying process, drained through the tubes (48) and (44), a container is used made of a silica gel-type hygroscopic material (46) supported by a sheet metal base (45) fixed on a pair bracket-embedded blade transducers (47), (41) on which resistive tensometric resistors (42), (43) are placed bound in the semi-bridge and coupled to the tensometric bridge (24).
By using the automation, measuring and control devices of the process parameters with which the grain seeds and technical plant drying unit was equipped, very close or even identical values of the humidity and the drying temperature of some samples of wheat, maize and sunflower were obtained, which leads to the idea that such systems, redesigned and adapted to the requirements of industrial installations, can lead to corresponding energy consumption results, end-stage parameter values of the materials to be dried, and to the design of some machines with the possibility to adjust the highly flexible technological parameters.

Surmann [3] found that the machinability of the engineering materials has a strong dependency on cutter inclination angles.
Experimental details The workpiece material is H-13 steel which is widely used in die&mould industries because of its good mechanical and thermal properties.
The roughnesses in different scales are linked with machining process and material property closely.
