Under the permission of the market condition assessment, according to the physical and chemical characteristics, the recyclable materials, in terms of glass, heavy metal, hard plastic, paper, wood, solid/liquid photosensitive materials, activated carbon, ion exchange resins and other resources, are reprocessed and recycled after being screened, sorted, separated and collected[15].

In this paper, hot pressed materials and annealed materials were denominated HPM and ATM, and HPM11, HPM31 and HPM51 presented hot pressed materials with molar proportion of Al2O3 and La2O3 were 1:1, 3:1 and 5:1.
Carbon whiskers pullout and holes can be observed for HP materials.

Material and Methods Study Area The study area, Binhai New Area (38°40′~39°00′N, 117°20′~118°00′ E), is located at the north of North China Plain and southeast of Tianjin City, adjacent to BoHai Gulf with a terrestrial area of 2270 km2 and a sea area of 3000 km2.The average annual precipitation and evaporation are 535 mm and 1962mm, respectively.
