INTRODUCTION
Internal waves play an important role in the transportation of material, momentum, and energy, affecting the seawater swell and the transfer of nutrients.
Therefore, internal wave detection possesses great significance to the research on marine science, the development, and utilization of marine resources, and the safe implementation of marine engineering[1].

So, it is increasingly important to achieve sustainability of the city buildings and the urban water systems, through limiting water supply and consumption, through reducing material use, cost, energy consumption and environmental impact, and so on[1-3].Green building has now become a flagship of sustainable development in this century that takes the responsibility for balancing long-term economic, environmental and social health[4,5].

Key words: environmental art design, development reality, creative thinking, national concept, teaching reform
Abstract: Art design creative talent training can’t be separated from the teaching reform in colleges and universities, and the mission of art design creative talent training will be accomplished by the system of creative curriculum of the speciality eventually.
The construction of creative thinking training Creativity is the creation of the combination of science and technology and art.
Composition subjects are not only separate specialized courses, it is also a diversified science integrated ideas, social interpersonal relationships, environment, psychology, vision and science.
Art works is actually a kind of imagery activity, a kind of representation activity of emotion form, emotion symbols and emotion to constitute art works by materializing image with the aid of certain perceptual material medium .
