By the knowledge of mechanics of materials, the bending moment of homogeneous elastic beam satisfies the following equation: (1.1) In the equation, stand for the curvature of retaining wall deformation curves, stand for the radius of curvature, stand for bending stiffness of retaining wall.
For homogeneous elastic beam, the bending stiffness could be determined accordingly when parameters like section size and strength of materials are given.
According to the mechanics of materials, Eq.1.4 can be further decomposed into: (1.8) In Eq.1.8: stand for distribution of load which retaining wall bear.

In 70’s, CAI was featured by generating system which can automatically generate questions and answers of teaching materials and can give limited evaluation on student’s answer.
Without the support of inference mechanism and student model, it can’t determine the knowledge level and acquisition level of students, provide appropriate learning materials based on their will and comprehensive ability, and develop individualized education with appropriate guidance.
Most PPTs are filled with more texts but less pictures, more static contents but less dynamic ones; more repeated teaching materials from the textbooks but less supplementary, and more weary contents but less interesting ones for students.

From another side, continuous device downscaling identified by ITRS [10] imply the employment of both new device architectures (to improve short-channel effects (SCE) control) and new channel (to boost carrier mobility) and gate dielectric (to improve SCE control and minimize leakage currents simultaneously) materials.
At present, there is no sufficient generated knowledge and gathered experimental database on the reliability aspects in the devices with novel architecture and employing new materials thus creating a demand for an in-depth assessment of reliability issues in “novel” devices.

Cool roofs are characterized by materials having: high solar reflectance (SR) and high thermal emittance (TE).
The former expresses the ability of the materials of reflecting most of the incident solar radiation during daytime, keeping their surfaces cooler respect to conventional construction materials.
The high thermal emittance allows the materials to radiate away the heat stored in the structure, mainly during night time.
Optimizing roof materials can play a vital role in solving this problem.
