On the basis of thermal simulating test, the FGH96 superalloy dynamic recrystallization behavior
under the high temperature condition is further analyzed in order to research critical condition of the
dynamic recrystallization behavior appearance and affecting factor on the recrystal grain size.
So, the forming technological parameter (such as the deformation temperature, strain rate and deformation degree) is modified to fine the grain, improve internal structure of the forging and advance the mechanical property of the forging.
The grain distribution under friction factor 0.35 is more uniform than under friction factor 0.577 from the figure.
(4) The effect of friction factor on grain size can be neglected

concentration factor

elliptical corrosion
Stress concentration factors of hemispherical pitting corrosion fluctuate strongly due to the variation of stress distribution caused by changing depth of pitting corrosion.
Fatigue notch factor Kf depends on theoretical stress concentration factor, material property, and type of load, etc.
The continuous change of the structure’s local size caused by corrosion will affect stress level of the shell structure near to the corrosive area and further the fatigue performance of structure.
The formula given in literature [5] has some practical value in estimating corrosion fatigue properties of spherical-headed cylindrical shell.

Based on the RC model, we analyze the relationship between the electrical model parameters and the influencing factors, and then get their theoretical formulas.
However, only a few researchers have researched the electrical properties of DEAPs.
The electrical properties of DEAP 2.1 The principle of DEAP generator The mechanical-to-electrical energy harvesting cycle in dielectric DEAP materials is shown in Fig. 1[7].
We denote the factor affected by the applied high voltage as parameter k
Equation (15) considers the factor of applied high voltage, reflected by the parameter k.

This might cause concrete materials degradation and reduce the mechanical performance of concrete seriously.
As the porosity increased and mechanical properties decreased, the concrete materials degrade when subject to freezing and thawing.
Because of the inhomogeneous chloride ion distribution during its diffusion process, concrete showed properties of layered degradation when subjected to comprehensive effects.

To improve sound absorbing property, porosity and water absorption tests are also conducted by adding rice husk.
Many individuals are unaware that noise pollution is a serious issue that affects human health, including their own.
However, markers of quality of life and mental health appear to be more affected by noise.
For this purpose, there exists a wide range of sound absorbing materials which provide absorption properties that depend on the frequencies, composition, thickness, density, porosity etc.
They are produced in rolls with different thermal, acoustical and mechanical properties.

One of the properties is the electrical conductivity.
Selection of control factors.
Control factors are the design parameter that affect the outcome of the study.
Effect of control factors on the S/N ratio Analysis of variance (ANOVA).
Therefore analysis of variance is taken place in order to investigate the effect of the individual factor that influenced the electrical properties of the composite.

There are several factors that affect the performance, such as; oxidation, mechanical damages, manufacturing oriented problems (thermal residual stresses) etc.
In other words, the TBC performance is governed by thermo-mechanical interactions between its constituents.
One of other factors of utmost importance is the BC yielding caused by imperfections or defects [3-5].

The modification by changing the surface properties of the rubber can meet the specific purpose or to give the rubber some special properties based on that it does not affect the substrate nature of the rubber[1].
Wear resistance of rubber depends on saturation of rubber molecular chains, molecular bond energy, density of rubber surface and other factors[3].
This paper tests the friction properties of the sample under the conditions of dry friction and water lubrication.
Investigation of Friction Properties of the Sample.
These all help to improve the friction properties of rubber materials.
