Introduction Al-Si alloys with some additional elements (especially nickel) have excellent characteristics as a piston material.
The low-Mg containing alloy (Table 1) was used as a base material to prepare the 3HA alloys in an induction furnace.

The ease of transformation, from cutting and/or punching to bending, welding, etc. together with the possibility of selecting different materials, thicknesses, finishes and the consequent reduction in weight while maintaining structural rigidity (or with minimum loss of mechanical properties) have allowed an extensive use, not only in automotive and aerospace products, but also in large and small appliances, furniture, etc.
This helps to check that there is no lack of material and, furthermore, to validate the design.

Research and Optimization for transverse thickness difference control strategy of UCMW cold tandem mill Lubing Wang 1,2, a, Linjing Yan 1, b, Anrui He 1, c , Guanglin Li 2, a 1 University of Science and Technology Beijing, china 2 Hebei Shougang Qian’ An Iron & Steel CO., LTD, china austb_wlb@126.com, b yljustb@126.com, charui@ustb.edu.cn Keywords: transverse thickness difference; UCMW; edge drop Abstract.
Because raw material cross-sectional contour is complex and changeful, original control system has principle limition, some phenomena appear in actual production, variety value is in set range for edge drop △h15 – 115, but transverse thickness difference is not controlled in set range.
Complex profile genetic of material Original edge drop control system only has two assessment points, can not give reasonable evaluation and control with complex contour edge.
This phenomenon usually appears in raw material convexity or steel hardness is higher, as shown in Fig.3.

The stress at each failure site is obtained as a function of both the loading conditions and the geometry and material properties.
Fig.1 The generic PoF procedure The PoF approach incorporates reliability into the design process by establishing a scientific basis for evaluating new materials, structures, and electronics technologies.
Therefore, the reliability design and analysis technique based on PoF is based on the modern digital design techniques, modern virtual test technique, abundant basic materials data and basic failure model data, takes the design information, environmental and working conditions as the input, and utilizes engineering software and ways to analyze and assess the reliability of the product.

In this model, enterprise resources can be divided into two categories which are material resources and human resources. material resources model (psv-1a), describe the material resources of enterprises have.
For example, company material resources include computers, cars, warehouse etc.
By listing and classifying these material resources, the designers of the enterprise architecture can have a clear understanding of the material resources which enterprises have.

Materials Mechanical stress generated in martensite and austenite in the first cycles of direct and reverse martensitic transformations under cooling and heating in the range of temperatures 265-320K was measured in NiTi alloy with characteristic temperatures of martensitic transformations: Ms = 284K, Mf = 272K, As = 300K, Af = 312K.
Their absolute values depend on phase composition of material and affect mechanisms of cell motility.
