Abstract.
The yield strength of a steel is correlative to cohesive energy owing to direct ratio of the elasticity module and cohesive energy of material, and then the mechanical properties of the steels are guesstimated[6].

In this event, proper coupling agent is extremely important to improve the clinical performance of resin-based composite restorative materials.
Nevertheless, many other classes of materials, including titanates and zirconium compounds, have been used for promoting adhesion.
Accordingly, promising results can be obtained with the application of titanates in dental restorative materials.
As stated in our pervious work [5], titanated Ti-based fillers can be a useful reinforcement of dental composite for resin materials.
However, titanate couplers can effectively be used to coat the inorganic fillers of dental materials to improve their dispersion and bonding with the resin matrix.
