Abstract.Cost control is an important measure to improve economic benefit of enterprises, while the theory of value engineering (VE) is the best method to coordinate improving product performance with reducing the cost of production.
So we could try to adopt aluminum alloy material to replace present casting structure.
Fourth, cylinder sleeve often adopts ferrous alloy casting material.

The relatively low proportion of hydrophobic material is removed in the pre-float stage (1.4%), while a pre-float stage is not used in any of the other tests performed.

Abstract.
Two different structure and material cathode as shown in Fig.1 were used to test the effects of cathode structure on the oxide layer growth behavior.
This feature is very important because it means that we can select the adequate wheel speed according to the property of workpice material in this speed range without considering the influence of wheel speed on ELID dressing process.
