Introduction Living culture resource is a special intangible cultural heritage that mainly contains human activities[[] Zhibin Su, Hua Li, Zhaohui Lv and Hui Ren: submitted to Journal of Communication University of China(Science and Technology)(2012)(In Chinese). ].
Our research was supported by the project of “Study on acquisition, processing and supporting technology of culture resource”, which is a sub-project of the national science and technology planning project of “The key technology and application demonstration for digitalization of culture resource”.
The main advantages are as following: 1) extra resolution will not be lost when compress two video data separately; 2) two HD video files of same scene can be used as backup for each other; 3)it is fully compatible with existing 2D devices, mature technology and simple algorithm will make it easier to preserve; 4)it can not only meet the requirement of 3D display equipment, but also generate high quality original material for reprocessing; 5)it has a good subjective quality.
Except for the first generation core technologies of compression, it proposed some new key technologies[[] Yuzhuo Zhong, Qi Wang and Yuwen He, in: Object-based Multimedia Data Compression Coding International Standard-MPEG-4 and Its Parity Model, edited by Science Press(2000)(In Chinese). ] like video object extraction technology, VOP(video object plane) video coding technology, scalable video coding technology, motion estimation, motion compensation technology and so on.

“Pareto efficiency “exclude essentially anti-ethical behavior, business ethics require that company seeking to profit must obey the law, adhere to moral standards, not damage the interests of the others, this in fact is ethical principles advocated by welfare economics. 4 The interpretation of business ethics in ecological economics Ecological economics combine natural sciences with social sciences to study economic problems, relationships between the ecological economy and social economy from the overall.
Ecological environment not only provides the essential raw material and the energy for the enterprise production, but also has the function absorbing and accommodating the discharged from enterprise production process.
