Design and Finite Element Analysis on Crown Gear Coupling of High Torque Considering Radial Restriction

After the 3-dimensional solid model is imported into software ANSYS 11.0, firstly to define element type (here are solid 45), define material properties; and then mesh the model, the finite element models of the crown gear and a bolt are established by use of Free Mesh.
Then make contact settings, the contacts between the crown gear and the inner gear, flat keys and the sleeve, flat keys and shafts connected are defined by the use of Target 170 and Contact 174, which are all non-linear contacts, the friction coefficient is 0.2, contact rigidity is Young’s modulus of the materials.

The external wall of “Yaodong” becomes the material carrier of various folk arts, exhibiting multiple characteristic cultures such as woodcarving, stone carving, paper cut and stone inscription to tourists on the premise of keeping the completeness and transparence of the vision of the garden as a whole.
The garden ornaments take the local sandstone as carving material to create striking and bright vision sense with the combination of colors including red, yellow and black.
