Influence of Additives on Preparation of Aluminum Foam Hao Lin1, a Hongjie Luo2,b Wei Sun2,b and Guangchun Yao3,c 1,2,3 School of Materials&Metallurgy, Northeastern University, Shenyang 110819, China.
Introduction Aluminum foam is a new kind of material which has characters of low density, high specific surface and porous structure.
By powder compact metallurgy (PCM) method, the sample has a characteristic of near-net shape and metallurgical bond is achieved by rolling-cladding a sheet of foamable precursor material with conventional aluminum or steel sheets.

The lower part of the HUASB reactor consists of inoculums as sludge to developed a granular and an upper part will fill with some material to avoid biomass wash out together with effluent.
The modification of HUASB followed by DFAF-Down flow aerobic filter consist with material such as zeolite are investigated to find the process of nitrification are works in the second phase of reactor.
Materials and Methods A laboratory scale combination of two laboratory scale reactor Hybrid Up-Flow Anaerobic Sludge blanket (HUASB) with Down-Flow Aerobic filter (DFAF) are use in the experiment.

Effects of continuous casting mould vibration feeding strip on the slab structure YU Linhui1, LI Jidong1,2,a,Shevchenko Anthony3, Shen Minggang1, Zhang Baoguo2,Wang Yiyong1,2 1 Yingkou Metallurgical Equipment & Refractories Company Limited, Yingkou 115100, Liao Ning, China ; 2 University of Science and Technology Liaoning, Anshan 114051, Liao Ning, China ; 3 Ferrous Metallurgy Research Institute of Ukraine state, Dnipropetrovsk 49125, Ukraine aemail: lijidong1014@163.com Keywords: continuous casting; equiaxed crystal; crystallizer; feeding steel strip Abstract: Continuous casting mold feeding steel strip is a new technology to improve the organization and the equiaxed crystal ratio of casting slab.
The device structure is shown in figure 1: Fig.1 The continuous casting feeding steel belt machine of crystallizer 1 belt putting canister; 2 steel belt; 3 straightening dragging device; 4 cutting device; 5 connecting pipe; 6 vibrator; 7 middle jug; 8 liquid steel; 9 submersed nozzle; 10 crystallizer We can see from the figure 1, vibrator and consumed cold material are located in molten steel pouring area, other institutions can be configured in the casting area outside.
Using the elastic vibration consumption cold material can greatly speed up the melting rate, basically eliminates the condensing layer on the surface when cold material get into the molten steel.
The end result is that the slag and other non-metallic inclusion does not get into the blank formed with the cold material.

In crystalline materials, the problem is mainly dealing with point defects, dislocations, and their interactions.
Introduction This chapter is devoted to relaxation spectroscopy and its use in materials science.
Concluding remarks about relaxation spectroscopies and their use in materials science are given in Section 9.
The same procedure was applied to polymeric materials.
