Introduction With the social progress and booming economical development, the demand of conventional construction materials such as steel and concrete are at an unprecedented level throughout the world.
However, the processes of producing these materials usually accompany with high energy consuming and severe environment pollution.

As for shallow silt layer, there are always two processing methods, one is to use self-weight of earth fill for squeezing soft soil, the other is to firstly excavate the soft layer of the whole foundation and then to infill qualitative materials, which can reduce settling volume.

The Potential vulnerability of ecological Changting County is located in southern granite area, where develop a thick loose weathered layer, providing material foundation for soil erosion.
The GDP of Changting County in 2010 is 8.83 billion RMB which is far below the center of Longyan City, and "wood, fuel, feed, fertilizer" four material shortage problems are conspicuous.
