Extremely hard and brittle materials are difficult to machine in conventional process.
The wire materials of: Brass, zinc coated brass, copper coated brass, Tungsten and molybdenum.
The Figure 3(a) shows the relationship between the wet and Dry-WEDM, 3(b) represents the machining of different materials.

Future Work The WEDM is one of the non-contact machining technique and most preferable process, which is used for the machining of conventional materials to nascent materials [31].

Five half-scale of exterior beam-column joints studied in this experimental research simulated existing buildings in South Korea, which contains little or no transverse reinforcement in beam-column joint regions, wide range of beam longitudinal reinforcement ratio and low material strength.
Materials and test specimens To consider the low strength of concrete and steel re-bars used in the existing concrete frame buildings, all specimens were constructed with normal-weight concrete with the design compressive strength of 18 MPa.
