The material of the reactor vessel wall was Steel 1, and the material of the nozzle and thermal sleeve were Steel 2 and Steel 3, respectively.
The following table shows the estimated values of the properties of such materials [14, 15].

Research Methods Materials and Tools The tools used in this study were Autoclave, culture bottle, glass beaker, spatula, tweezers, petri dish, bunsen lamp, Laminar Air Flow Cabinet (LAFC), hands prayer, volume pipette, refrigerator, heating (stove) stirring rod, heating pan, culture rack.
The materials used in this study are orchid bud explants derived from orchid seedlings grown in vitro, 70% alcohol, 96% alcohol, aquades to sterilize the tools to be used and as material for making MS media, detergents for sterilization of the tools used.
