A Compliant XY micropositioning stage is purported for situating a material sample in nanoindentation tester process.
This technique can be used to monitor characteristics of organic, inorganic, hard and soft materials.
The CXYMS is effective for locating in nanoindentation testing process in order to check characteristics of material.
These values of equivalent stress are still under the yield strength of proposed material.

On the other hand, with the development of science and technology and progress of the society, new materials and new technique are springing up and widely used in manufacturing industry and our daily lives.
Cluster Features Categories Group 1 size space saving Group 4 design/eco attractive and plain design lighter high cost performance small-sized favorite design (color/materials) Group 2 environment with delivery service reliable change of lifestyle eco (healthy/energy saving) match use environment Group 5 capacity/ standards capacity increased Group 3 preferences change fashionable meet new standards suit changeable preferences Group 6 performance better quality new style better performance comfortable better structure with a sense of luxury Group 7 usability function increased large screen size easy to use ‘Group 1’ is summarized as ‘size’, which indicates that ‘size’ is the main factor to influence some participants to buy new products for replacement.
For example, new ‘cell phone’ or ‘car’ for replacement has much more attractive and plain design than old ones, new ‘cookware’ or ‘washing machine’ has higher cost performance, new ‘suits’ or ‘mp3 player’ has such favorite design as much more beautiful color and comfortable materials.

As is known, the impact resistance of materials is determined by their strength and ductility.
However, the advantage of fiber-filled materials is their high strength and rigidity.
Composite materials based on PEI with GF and CF were investigated by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) with a temperature rise rate of 10 °C/min.
