Abstract—Appling a high voltage to the dielectric barrier discharge device in a coaxial geometry in flowing argon, a uniform plasma plume is generated at one atmospheric pressure.
Plasmas generated by gas discharge have many important application fields such as thin film deposition [1], material modification [2] and ozone synthesis[3], removal or degeneration of harmful gas and plasma display panels [4], bio-medical consumption for wounds, the treatment of dental disease[5], aircraft stealthy in the military [6], gas laser devices [7].

Table 1 Chemical composition of ingredients in cementitious materials and rGFRP.
It should be noted that the grayness of scanned images was dependent on the densities of materials, which were brighter while the materials had higher densities.

Since the temperature reaches high values, a zone containing melted metallic materials appears.
The sizes of the operating parameters were set by considering the materials and the dimensions of the parts to be welded.
It is known that by means of the Vickers micro hardness, changes in structure of metallic materials can be identified.

Thus, the relation is useful for estimating stress intensity for time-dependant creep
materials.
In particular, it is useful for newly developed materials.
From the viewpoint of engineering design, because the error for 105 hr is not large and is regarded as conservative, it is thus believed that the creep work-time relation can be used as a useful method for estimating the stress intensity for creep materials and particularly for newly developed materials.

The designer must overcome the strain
localisation resulting from the low work-hardening rate, which
is the intrinsic character of superplastic materials.
Fig. 5 shows the relationships between cumulative strain and stress for both materials.
This results from the intrinsic temperature dependence of yield strength with superplastic materials.

As for HT200 base material, the elastic modulus is1.48×1011N/m2, and Poisson's ratio is 0.31,and density is7.2×103kg/m3.The four bolts have certain influence on the joint stiffness.

Congestion points because of wrong-side movements
c) Potholes: Potholes are also the main source of congestion in developing countries when pavement is not properly maintained or use of unsatisfactory material during construction, causing the road to deteriorate, ultimately forming the potholes
