Simulated annealing
Simulated annealing is a neighborhood based optimization method inspired from technique used to have states of low energy of material.
The energy of a material can be viewed as a cost function of the optimization problem.
The different states of this material can be considered as solutions of the cost function.

Judging Criterion for Ergonomic Factors
The ergonomics, a science based on the psychology, physiology, anatomy and anthropometry, covers the research on how to make the design of man-machine-environment system fit the physical, physiological and psychological characteristics to achieve the optimal matching of man, machine and environment and allow people under different conditions to work and live effectively, safely, healthily and comfortably [7].
In the field of automobile recall, the automobile products defects mainly fall into three categories: design defect, which means the potential defect existing in the use of products due to insufficient consideration at the initial design phase because of technical limitation and improper material selection, etc.; manufacture defect, existing in a batch of products and caused by the deviation, error or negligence in certain procedure or link during the processing, manufacturing and assembling of products; identification defect, also called the indicative defect, meaning the informative defect of products due to failing to provide complete operation instructions or warning instructions that satisfy the safe use requirements [8].
Discussion The analysis on the ergonomic defects in the automobile recall cases in China in 2012 shows that, the ergonomic defects generate because the ergonomic factors are not being taken into account in the design on the one hand, and the material and model are not properly selected on the other hand.
For this reason, it is suggested that the automobile enterprises incorporate the ergonomic parameters into design and strengthen the study on material and model selection in manufacture.

According to the empirical formula, the cutting force F can be calculated as following
(4)
where CF denotes the coefficient related to the work piece material and the working conditions. xF, yF , zF is the index related to the depth of cut, the feed rate, and the spindle speed, respectively.
