Cutting conditions affect the properties of the subsurface layer as well as the properties of the machined elements.
These factors significantly affect the properties of the subsurface layer; · external friction dominates in the contact zone of the chip-and rake face of the cutting edge.
Firstly, cutting speed affects the stress concentration area.
Secondly, cutting speed affects the change of the direction of stresses (Fig.1a).
Properties of the workpiece, cutting edge geometry and cutting parameters are factors that affect the interactivity and complexity of decohesion process [8, 9].

Good mechanical properties of strength and ductility are often approved for this alloy.
Mechanical properties of a cylindrical bar are: Re:575 MPa, Rm:707MPa, A:35% and 235 Hv.
Three factors are varied at three levels, and thus 15 experiments were accomplished according to the selected model.
An interval for each factor was fixed considering references [8], preliminary experiments and work piece properties (elongation %, hardness, dimensions).
Table1 represents the factors levels and their values associated.

These challenges are mainly due to their significant differences in thermal and mechanical properties [25].
Heat treatment, after joint development, is also essential to reduce residual stresses and improve the mechanical properties of the joint.

The mechanical properties of sheet materials will change with the temperature.
This will directly affect the metal formability.

This research aims to evaluate the mechanical properties of a CO3Ap coated on Y-TZP using the dip coating method.
It can be concluded that the CO3Ap coating has no effect on the mechanical properties of Y-TZP.
The grain size significantly influences the mechanical properties of Y-TZP, whereas high temperature and longer sintering periods produce larger grain sizes and will subsequently diminish the mechanical properties due to large pore sizes.
The etched processes and CO3Ap coating did not change the mechanical properties of Y-TZP itself.

During polymerization process, the synthesis parameters such as, Si/Al ratio, solid/liquid ratio, alkali concentration, curing temperature and curing time determine the final properties of geopolymer material [2].
So far only the effects of water on the physical properties of concrete where geopolymer is used as binder in the presence of sand and aggregates are reported [4].
FTIR of original fly ash as compared to geopolymer product (mix 1,2&3) Conclusion Alkali concentration and water content are proved to be crucial parameters and should be addressed separately in order to obtain desired properties.

The stochastic nature of tool life and the large number of factors that affect the cutting process imply difficulties in accurately predicting the tool life beforehand.
Titanium alloys have been successfully applied in bioengineering and aerospace industry owing to their excellent mechanical properties and high strength-weight ratio which is 45% of steel.
However, the inherent properties of low thermal conductivity and high chemical reactivity cause poor machinability, which adversely affect tool life and cause premature tool failure.
Four cutting parameters are taken as controlled factors; 3.
In the analysis only the controlled factors are considered.

During heat treatment of machine parts and tools, besides the usual task of ensuring a high complex of mechanical and operational properties, there is a problem of distortion of products in the process of heat treatment and the need for editing operations (which are carried out manually and require significant labor costs).
The use of special equipment makes it possible to eliminate virtually the distortion of thin-walled parts of the ring shape and to improve their mechanical properties.
During heat treatment of machine parts and tools, besides the usual task of providing a high complex of mechanical and operational properties, there arises a problem caused by the distortion of products during the heat treatment process and the need for straightening operations, which are usually carried out manually and require substantial labor costs.
The implementation of such a heat treatment scheme for disk milling cutters made it possible to virtually eliminate distortion, ensure a favorable ratio of mechanical properties, increase fatigue resistance, and reduce the labor intensity of manufacturing due to a sharp reduction in the cost of editing operations.
