The machining does not equal the composition of the physical properties of metal forming, it involves forces or active and inactive stocks.
Introduction The superalloys Bronze Aluminum materials are of paramount importance in the industry and have great job in process equipment, shipbuilding, electronics and aeronautics, due to their excellent chemical and physical properties as corrosion resistance and high strength at elevated temperatures.
The screws of turbine blades, which are constantly subjected to high temperatures, have parts made of material which allows the coping not only the effect of heat but also the cavitation erosion, one of the factors responsible for corrosion.
Table 1 shows the properties of aluminum bronze C63000 series.
One of the factors affecting the morphology of the chips was the cutting speed (vc). 4.

The travel of MSW on the grate depends on the physical characteristics of the solid wastes and the grate properties.
As compare with coal, diesel-fuel etc, the MSW is a more complex and non-homogeneous, physical properties and chemical properties of MSW have a direct effect on the wastes flow through a WTE combustion chamber and the combustion processes.
The movement direction of the waste particle is stochastic, and it is affected by multi-factor such as density, particle size, particle shape, porosity, compressibility, agglomeration, cohesiveness, shear behavior and etc.
Because the MSW is a sort of non-homogeneous mixture, the influencing factors are stochastic.
Because the components of MSW are almost stable for a period of time in a district, the properties of the grate configuration will influence the MSW motion, and the incline angle to the horizontal of the grate bars is an important property for MSW motion.

In the case of such process the small thickness of sheet and the small dimensions of parts are the most important factors that influence the process parameters and can affect the accuracy and quality of the produced mini - parts.
Introduction In the case of macro deep drawing processes, the accuracy of the drawn parts and the occurrence of different specific phenomena (like: springback, diameter variation etc.) during sheet metal forming are strongly influenced or caused by different factors like: forming parameters, tools accuracy and geometry, part complexity, friction between sheet and tool, local contact conditions, state of residual stresses generated in material [1][2].
The miniaturization of mechanical components requires an increased manufacturing accuracy and a high quality of manufactured parts.
The material used in investigation was an aluminium alloy whose mechanical properties are presented in table 3.

Polymer matrices add carbon nanotubes have significantly improved mechanical and electrical properties at very low carbon nanotube loading.
That mechanical and electrical properties of aligned composites are better than those of random ones has been demonstrated in past studies.
Shear forces have been frequently used to align inclusions along the flow direction to reinforce mechanical properties.
Their properties are listed on Table 1.
The mechanical and electrical properties of the composites were measured at 25 ℃ and at a humidity of 50%.

The effect of resin mould in terms of mechanical strength (flexural properties), porosity percentage and percentage of water absorption as well as moulding process were recorded and compared with previous studies of plaster mould.
The broken specimens from flexural test will then be used in Mercury Porosimeter test to determine the porosity properties of resin [15].
Figure 4: Flexural properties of porous resin.
Another significant factor for slip casting to occur is the present of porous mould.
Therefore, it can be clearly said that the heating process does not affect the water absorption properties of porous resin as compared with the plaster mould shown in previous studies.

These factors in turn are affected by the tool geometries, the cutting conditions, and the properties of the work materials.
Establish Of The Mathematical Model In this research, all other factors are kept constant.
The four factors are shown in Table 1 and an orthogonal table is shown in Table 2.
By removing the insignificant factors one by one, the resulting ANOVA table for reduced model is shown in Table 3.
The adjusted R2 is a statistic that is adjusted for the “size” of the model; that is, the numbers of the factors (terms).

Mechanical properties of the sandwich composite are only marginally affected.
These results will influence the calculation of the mechanical properties.
The mechanical properties of the foam are highly density dependent.
The calculation of the mechanical properties of the sandwich composite is improved.

Besides, the effectiveness of laser polishing process depends on the thermal and optical properties rather than the mechanical properties of the work material.
The increase of temperature introduces amorphous carbon to diamond layer which directly affects the mechanical, thermal and optical properties of the diamond tools.
Laser type and beam energy are the major parameters affecting the quality of the ground surfaces.
Furthermore, many other important factors, such as beam spot size and laser beam moving speed which should affect the performance characteristics, have not been considered in any detail.
Additionally, laser polishing as a thermal process induces many adverse effects to workpiece material which in turn affects the mechanical properties.
