High frequency C-V and G-V characterizations can only obtain the density of fast interface states in a narrow (about 0.5eV) energy window near the Fermi level due to the wide band gap of silicon carbide material (3.26eV for 4H-SiC).

As The influences of initial pH of solution, concentration of hydrogen peroxide and injection time of hydrogen peroxide to degrade organic materials have been investigated in the reaction system.
The ozone reactor was made of pyrex material with the capacity of 1000 ml and the connecting part was made of silicon tube so as to prevent from corrosion.

Its ultimate state of bearing capacity is usually
determined by the loss of overall stability of the member, and it gives mainly the elastic-plastic
buckling on the plastic material.

Since in our material the influence of the
dislocation network was much stronger - R was reduced by 4 orders of magnitude - we believe that
this effect is related to enhancement of both, the electron concentration and the electron mobility.

Because pavement engineering is one of the major materials consumers in the construction industry [1], the design stage should be carried out aiming the use of alternative and renewable materials in order to meet the sustainable development concepts and to satisfy the extension process of national road network.
Materials and research methodology The study aims to identify the deficiencies of using RA mixtures on the properties of fresh and hardened state PCC and RCC.
RA mixture contamination with other types of materials is often inevitable when dealing with industrial production.
