By adding the SAE/SBR blending emulsion, the advantages of the different materials can be concentrated, then to get the performance that the single material do not possess.

Material properties
(a) Blank sheet material
The used material DP-500 is steel that belongs to UHSS (Ultra High Strength Steel) group, diphase, cold rolled.
(b) Fastener material Fasteners material is chosen depending on the type of host in which it will be clinched.
For various blank sheets such as UHSS materials matching of the hole form may be necessary in order to receive optimal properties when joining blank sheets with fastener elements (fig. 2.).
For the nut RND 1013A01A where the host material is DP-500 and material thickness 1.8 mm, the material of the self-clinching nut is alloy special steel 35B2 with mechanical parameters: Rm=500-650 MPa and Rp0,2= 300 MPa as stated in EN 10269 standard. 3.

However, the adulterated materials used to dilute free CaO are subject to geographical constraints.
The raw materials collected are, on the one hand as the test samples, on the other hand, in order to understand CaCO3 content in purple sandy shales in regional area.
The sintering process is simulated as the field to crash (<2 mm) and mingle the raw materials by the rock/coal mass ration of 20:1 for making brick samples [5].
By simulating current sintering technique [5], the raw materials are ground (<2 mm) and mixed in term of rock/coal mass ration of 20:1.
