Experimental details A mixture of Ni-based hard self-fluxing alloy powder, Ni60, with different contents of Ta2O5 powder was used as the coating material.

Parks around the city is excluded from the study area, because they can not be taken as disaster prevention parks.For the around-city parks do not have enough width, and have barriers in both inside and outside direction (the inside barrier-ancient city wall, outside barrier the moat) which bring up a series difficulty and danger of casualties to the rescue and transportation of rescue materials.
