Keyseat is an important geometry for this function on the shaft[1].Plain key is a kind of most commonly used keys, and with plain key both the journal of the shaft and the hob are required to make the keyseat.
Precision journal is even machined to the tolerance class of IT5, and tolerance of counterpart keyseat is rather high that can hardly be reached with the common methods[2].
Material of the work is 45,that of the cutting tool is HSS with ,teeth = 14, diameter of the three-face cutter is φ28mm,width B=10mm, ,.

Introduction of baking temperature of carbon anode
To ensure the uniform heating of carbon anode, N division material thermocouples are installed at the top, bottom and side of the carbon block trunk and N division flue thermocouples are installed in the middle of combustion chamber.

3 Presentation of Basic Material
It is known that there are two hypotheses for the propagation of sound in the air: isothermal and adiabatic, and that, as a result of numerous experiments with the speed of sound in a gas environment, it is proved that it is an adiabatic process and that the speed of processes during the propagation of an acoustic wave causes the heat to not reach to neighboring gas parts [17].

So how to prepare inexpensive but high quality of superabsorbent materials with abundant celluloses, is a very important research topic, which has been the big part of the superabsorbent materials[3].
Although there are lots of new technologies and new materials, traditional cotton gauze still is the main materials of wound care.
