Theoretical Analysis In order to have a better guidance on the production and to find out the factors that can possiblely affect the separation, the theoretical analysis of air separation on the material after shelling of Camellia oleifera should be carried out.Air separation is to use of the different of aerodynamic characteristics of materials to separate, extractions in the field of indoor air cleaning as free individuals rather than groups in the form of movement, Therefore, the movement and dynamic of extractions were analyzed,The extractions of the individual was as a point of mass m.
The acting force on the extractions: P=Fk2=F (1) Wherein:p—the acting force on the point of mass m,N F—the area of material was acted by air flow,m2 kρ—flotation coefficient, νρ—suspension velocity,m/s ν—the relative velocity of air to material ,m/s The direction of airflow with the same force P,Fig.1 shows the determination of the relative velocity,V0 shows the velocity of material falling from the hopper, u shows the air velocity, ν shows the relative velocity of air to material and is equal and opposite to w the relative velocity of material to air. θ shows the angle between air velocity and the horizontal, δ shows the angle between V0 and the horizontal, when the material spended a Period of time to move from the initial position, its velocity becames V.
direction θ, the velocity of material falling from the hopper V0 and the direction angle θ [8-9].
Moreover, the running time of material in the air is related to the height of fan from the ground, so the final distance of material movement in the horizontal direction is related to the height of fan.
The materials was feed into electromagnetic vibrating feeder by hand, dosing can be achieved by the feeder.
