Identification of environmental risks of enterprises processing and utilizing the imported scrap metals
The enterprises processing and utilizing imported scrap metals face environmental risks mainly in the storage of raw materials and products, their transportation, processing and utilizing as well as pollution treatment.
The rainwater may corrode the surface of metals, producing metal ion and further polluting surface runoff when the metals are exposed to rain. 2) The plastic fragments left after disassembly are inflammable materials with poor thermostability.
Raw material hazard index is used to describe the environmental hazard that may arise from the raw materials of imported metal and electrical appliance scraps, scrap wires, cables and motors, the assessment of which will be made mainly based on the rate of dangerous wastes contained in the raw materials and the proportion of unrecyclable wastes.
The environmental pollution caused by the enterprises processing and utilizing scrap metals mainly include the sewage coming from the water-separated copper wire crusher, the dust from loading and unloading as well as processing and utilizing of raw materials, waste gas from pyrogenic decomposition and gas cutting and the unrecyclable and dangerous wastes contained therein.

Abstract: The objective of this study was to determine the baseline concentrations of trace elements in grassland topsoils from 155 soil sampling sites in West Jilin province, Northeast China, to establish the relationships between the trace metal contents and soil physicochemical properties and major oxide contents and among trace metal concentrations themselves, and to identify the possible sources of trace element in soils.
Material and Methods Site descriptions.
Reagent blanks, standard reference soil samples from the Center of National Standard Reference Material of China(GSS-1,GSS-10, GSS-11 and GSS-14) and internal control samples were also analyzed in order to monitor analytical accuracy and precision. The detection limits for trace elements (mg/kg) were: As 0.6,B 1,Cd 0.01,Co 0.7,Cr 3, Cu 1, Hg 0.005,Mn 4,Mo 0.1,Ni 2, Pb 2,Se 0.01and Zn 2.
The first association included As,Co,Cr,Cu, Mn,Mo,Ni,Zn,Al2O3 and Fe2O3,indicating the trace elements in this group were mainly associated with parent materials of soils such as Al oxides, Fe-Mn oxides and/or with the Al-bearing clay minerals, which implied that the trace elements were mainly derived from lithogenic and pedogenic processes and their concentrations in soils were mainly controlled by abundances of parent materials.

Experimental Materials
Graphite powder (NGP, 99.9%, 325 mesh), Zn(CH3COO)2·2H2O (99%), H2O2 (30%), sulfuric acid (H2SO4, 98%), chlorohydric acid (HCl, 36%), sodium hydroxide (NaOH) and 4-NP were purchased from Merck Company and all chemicals precursors were used as received without further purification.
However, for the ZnO nanorods with large aspect ratio, the lower direct contact of nanorods (compare to nanoparticles grown at pH of 10 to the underlying carbon sheets and the small contact area) reduces the transfer ability of photogenerated electrons to carbon materials.
We are recently shown that for the carbon materials incorporated semiconductors (eg.

Introduction
Machining processes shape parts by removing unwanted materials [1].
Theoretically, efficient high-performance machining is achieved by maximizing the material removal rate.
The software was developed by Professor Dong Woo Cho, in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Pohang University of Science & Technology, South Korea.
The geometry of the set workpiece is shown in Fig. 1a; the material of the workpiece was Aluminum 6061.

Main parameters to be considered are related with both geometry and materials properties [6-13].
Physical properties of different materials used in the fabrication of sun point collector and flat plate collector are given in the table 2 as below.
Table 2 Properties of different materials used in sun point collector and flat plate collector Materials Thermal Conductivity {W/ (m K)} Reflectivity (%) Absorptivity (%) Transmitivity Emissivity Copper 385 - 401 92 - 94 93 - 0.07 Aluminium 204 - 250 80 10-40 - 0.05 Acrylic Sheet 0.17 – 0.2 4 50 92 0.94 Wood 0.04 – 0.17 - - - 0.9 Glass Wool 0.04 97 80 - 0.8 Chrome Paint - 5 87 91 0.09 4.
It is also observed that these values may however, be improved by using advanced focusing techniques like two axis via internal microprocessor, better materials and good bonding methods. 7.
