Silicon piezoresistive sensor, as the core of system, is a pressure sensor which is widely used and develop very fast, and because semiconductor material diffuse technology is used in four arms bridge resistor of sensor, in this way, discreteness of resistor value is caused inevitablely because of diffuse density discreteness, and discreteness of resistor temperature, one of the main problem which causes this is the temperature drift problem.

Eddy Current Testing Principle
Eddy current is a measurement technique, which induces eddy current in conductive material and detecting reflected change of magnetic field intensity from object of surface, and it is restrained by little condition in operation. the base testing principle is shown in Figure.1.

Commercial pure aluminium ingot with a purity of 99% was used as the matrix material, and it was reinforced with commercial Al2O3 and manganese particles.A stir casting setup consisting of a resistance furnace and a stirrer assembly was used for synthesizing the composites.

Abstract.
Experiment Sublimation boule growth of 6H-SiC was carried out in a quartz tube reactor equipped with a watercooled jacket. (0001,-) C-face of 6H-SiC and abrasive SiC powder were used as the substrate and the source material, respectively.
Figures 2(a) and 2(b) show the HRTEM Journal Title and Volume Number (to be inserted by the publisher) 3 images of (0001) interface between 6H-SiC and graphite particle shown in Fig. 1(a).
