Material and methods Reagents and chemicals.
In spite of the high selectivity and specificity showed by the HPLC-FLD systems, only it has been possible to achieve these very low limits through the use of highly selective extraction materials (SPE), which significantly reduce the matrix effects, thus facilitating the detection and quantification of the analytes.

The objective requirements, such as form, function and safety of the architecture keeping on imposing greater challenge on the existing structure technology.Meanwhile, with the development of economy, contemporary architectural appears the trend of diversity,as well as the structure manifestation plays an increasingly important role in the fields of architectural expression.Take tensile membrane structure as an exemple, using flexible materials as its outer epidermis which is possessed of natural terrain that like human skin.At last,we compare the obtained architectural form with traditional structure, besides the demand of meeting the new function requirement, saving material and other merits, the former also breaks the traditional mode in style and adds a sense of beauty in which implied a mystery like mathematic curve.Millennium Dome designed by Richard Rogers is such a good work.
The Combination of Technology and Art.Pier Luigi Nervi,a famous engineer and architect, pointed out in his book“Technology and Art of Architecture”that architecture must be a complex of technology and art, instead of just putting technology and art together.Indeed, the compatibility between techniques and art is the design principle of many architects who put a new idea on solving the building problems. In course of construction,we have to put many kinds of factors, such as art modelling, material property, design method for composite members as well as functions and cost into a comprehensive consideration. In the designing process, they respect objective mechanics principles and composition principles.Furthermore, what they seek for is not simple superficial high technology of the school of High-Tech,but of reasonabability in structural styles and minimum cost in materials. So it is the unity of structure and form, which like skin can not be inseparable from bone.A case study of a japanese architect-Kenzo
Tange, who has been searching for combination point of structural form, material characteristic, structure technology and plastic arts,in order to endow architectural modeling with the beauty of poetry and rhythm, whose architectural works is the integration of art, science and technology. However, although technology was the foothold of his design methodology, its main feature lied in imaginative poetic effects.Kenzo Tange makes the logic of technology and formal beauty in architecture well integrated by scientific analyse, mathematical demonstration, bionic algorithm in structure and other methods. So,shaping morphology and solving the engineering problems can be carried out at the sanme time.
Technique according with Mechanics Laws and Material Propertys.Force is one of the three key elements of structural morphology. The basic standard evaluating the architecture form to be reasonable or not,is that whether the structure of the building can reflect the actual force characteristics. To some extent,we take structure conception as the springboard to design the architectural form is a necessary means to realize the identical association between architectural scheme and structure system.Take tent structure for example, architectural scheme is also the structure system. So,modeling itself is structure.Ice hockey gym of Yale University is an architecture which is also the structure system of tent structure build by the utilization of modern building materials and technologies. Its concept design of form have vigorous imagination which like a big whale opening its mouth or a decumbent turtles.

The resulting magnetic materials were annealed at 1000oC for 5 hours.
However, MR fluids with CoFe2O4 additions had small remanence which can be considered as superparamagnetic material and can be implemented in MR materials.
But, the remanence of MR fluids CI+CoFe2O4 was small that can be considered as superparamagnetic materials and can be implemented as MR materials.

DEAP has several characteristics that make it potentially well suited for energy harvesting: high energy density allowing for minimal DEAP material quantities; low material cost; high energy conversion efficiency independent of strain rate; non-toxic and non-corrosion-susceptible materials [3].
