Drawbacks of RSM method: • Number of simulations depends on number of variable input parameters, in case of a large number of input parameters the method is ineffective, • Method is unsuitable in case of discontinuous changes in dependencies between input and output values (e.g. method is not suitable for solving stability of ideal elasto-plastic materials beyond the failure limit...).

However, the relatively soft materials such as stainless steel, cast iron and nickel alloy widely used for polishing CVD diamond film are easy to wear and adhere to diamond film surface, which may further lead to low efficiency and poor polishing quality.
All materials used in this work were powders 99.9% in purity and -150µm in size.
The materials for grinding wheel fabricated by the combination of mechanical alloy and hot-press sintering (MA-HPS) may have high hardness.
Comparing two kinds of grinding wheels with SUS304, it is evident that two kinds of grinding wheels' materials have better high-temperature oxidation resistance than SUS304.

Materials and Methods In this study cut-off CF wastes are used (provided by ACE Advanced Composites Engineering GmbH) that are recycled mechanically.
Then, the resin-plate was placed on the NW-plate so that the materials were facing each other.

Friction properties of this type of tribosystem depend on the properties of materials, the external environment and the nature of the wear particles generated during sliding [6, 7].
Since titanium nitrides (TiN) are hard biocompatible materials [8] with excellent resistance to abrasion, we used this material in order to achieve a nitrided layer on 316L stainless steel surfaces.

Damage accumulation in materials before fracture surface creation has not the same acceleration that after crack occurring.
Within the material volumes ahead of a crack tip near specimen faces (macroscopic scale level of plastic deformation), and throughout crosspieces regions along the crack front (mesoscopic scale level) material’s compressive Yield stress exceeds.

As a new functional material, it can be used as carrier transport material or luminescent material in small devices [2, 3].
The effects of the following variances on product structure were detected: (1) in the same ratio of raw material and the synthesis temperature, with different kinds of solvent, hydrohalogen acid, dehydrated alcohol, methanol, and DMF were chosen as the solvent. (2) In the same solvent and synthesis temperature, with different ratio of raw materials, the matching corresponding to uniform data points during the scale of C4H9NH3Br:CH3NH3Br:CuBr2=2:1:2~2:3:2 were chosen; The product after reaction was performed with characterization test through filtration and vacuum drying.
When the ratio of raw materials was 2:2:2, relative intensity of the new peak in synthetical product was larger compared that of other ratio.
