With over 30 years’ reform and opening-up, people’s material life and spiritual life has been improved significantly in both urban and rural areas of Jilin province , the urban and rural population quality and living environment are also been improved obviously.
The lower economic power lead to the lack of material support for environmental governance, the investment on environmental governance has a decline trend.

Analysis of thermal environment required more strict conditions of the model than daylighting analysis; therefore, the enclosure of the space, materials of neighboring spaces and setting of switch of spatial heat area are all important.
The constructing material of Pufangtian was reinforced concrete; therefore, the model material was also reinforced concrete with few other materials for doors and window.
The specific materials used were listed in Table 1.
