Introduction Nanocrystalline materials are of novel physical and chemistry properties.
Through developing the idea of one-mode PFC, Wu [10] proposed a two-mode PFC model, which not only is used in square and Fcc structure, but can also be applied to study the coherent twin structure.
In order to computational simulating effectively, the extension of atomic density with two-mode for Fcc structure is (6) The initial grain structure can be set by the above formula.
The Fcc structure can be shown in three dimension space, while it is difficult for the structure to show in detail in two dimension plane.
It is simple way to do this by a section plane which is chosen from the Fcc structure.

The direction of the magnetic field is normal to the layers of the structure.
Also spin-valve effect has been found in the structure of Cr/Ni/ PDP/Ni [3].
The structure of the polymer film is granulated [8].

Due to its versatile structures, extensive research has been conducted on silica in the past decades.
However, in recent times, KCC-1 has garnered attention due to its unique dendritic structure.
This unique structure allows for a high surface area and easy access to the pores [16-18].
Both Span 80 and Tween 80 are non-ionic surfactants that share a similar hydrocarbon tail structure, but they have different head structures.
The authors also gratefully acknowledge the Department of Industrial Chemistry for providing research facilities.

On the contrary, for use as a sensor, the film must have a large surface area and porous structure.
Fig. 3 shows the optimized structure of ZrO2 precursor whose azobenzene units changed from trans form to cis form (CIS form).
From the results of the DFT calculation, it was found that the structure of inorganic skeleton, which was comprised of zirconium alkoxides, changed accompanied with the structure change of azobenzene units.
By the DFT calculation, the result was suggested because the structure of precursor molecule changed by UV irradiation.

VLS grown 4H-SiC buried P+ layers for JFET lateral structures S.
Cross-sectional structure of the integrated P and N lateral JFET Fig. 2.
Layout (6×10mm) of the masks used for the technological fabrication process The different structures are isolated by dry RIE etching using SF6/O2 chemistry and Ni based hard mask [4].
Compared to the N-JFET structures described in ref [5], a N+ substrate has been preferred, instead of a semi-insulating one.
Figure 2 presents the layout of the masks used for the technological process with different structures: JFET, TLM and other PCM patterns.
