In the formula (2), is the heat transfer of windows, W; F is the size of the windows, m2;is the hourly exterior temperature, °C;is interior temperature,°C; K is the heat transfer coefficient of windows, W/(m2·K), ;, is the heat transfer coefficient of internal and external wall surface; R is the thermal resistance of windows.
2, The hourly solar radiation heat gain of windows
Assume that all of the radiation surface (including sky) and exterior temperature are the same according to the building material radiation associated with exterior air temperature observations.
Ultimately the problem is form, material and quality of the project.
As a result, French windows should be widely used in practical engineering .Sun rooms should be used selectively in the high-grade areas. 5 Conclusion (1) Three forms of design load have little difference in the kinds of materials and construction quality satisfied the design conditions.

Introduction
At present, fiber reinforced composite materials are widely used in the aerospace field because of their low weight, high strength and high modulus [1].
The composite materials are mainly used in the form of thin-walled stiffeners panels in the wing, tail and fuselage of aircraft.
Considering the factors of different materials, layers, ribs and geometric sizes, an EC method for composite stiffened panels with various combinations is established.

We have reported the dependence of the microstructural changes and hardening of the same materials on fluence [5] and the PIA behavior of the same 1stGENS [6]. 2.
The samples were neutron-irradiated at Japan Materials Testing Reactor (JMTR) to 3.9 × 1019 n cm–2 (0.061 displacements per atom (dpa)) with a flux of 1.8 × 1013 n cm–2 (2.8 × 10–8 dpa s–1) at 290 °C ± 2 °C.

Introduction
In the continuous casting process, the internal defects which can be formed in cast material are due to inappropriate casting operation and improper secondary cooling water distribution, especially the defects of cracks represented by the midway crack and centreline crack which cover over 50% of total quality problems[1,2].

However, increasing the number of bidder can control the occurrence of together-conspired bidding, with regard to some powerful bidders, who have money and relation, it can take effect only through the quite great number of bidders, which is a kind of great waste on the human, the material resources and the financial resources, not the best choice, maybe the fundamental method to avoid the together-conspired bidding is only to strengthen the punishment and execution, decrease the expected income, truly that there are laws to go by, strict law to be enforced
