To improve the system’ orientation ability, we need to keep amount and timeliness of case in the case database, the new case processing by case study's strategy to join it to appear at court a database after complete .The study which maintains maintenance resources requirement (MRR) analysis case is make the case database continuously increases the new information know (new case) of process, this also called the conservancy of case. if the analytical case that has been modified can satisfy the expert's reviewing and valuation, and the likeness degree of this case and all cases in the case database is lower than the Yu value m (such as m=90%) set in advance , so that this case can be deposited into the case database after index and sorting, otherwise, the case doesn't join the case database.

In terms of color theory of design, any color is formed by blending different quantities of fundamental color, and there are mainly four types of interpretation on fundamental color: the primary color of chromatic light is red, green and blue; the primary color of coloring material is red, yellow and blue; the four basic colors of physiology are red, yellow, blue and green; and the four basic colors of printing are cyan, magenta, yellow and black.

Studies of Porous Layer Formation in p-Si by Spectroscopic
Ellipsometry
J.
Numerous investigations were carried out for optical characterization of porous materials by spectroscopic ellipsometry (for a review of recent investigations, see [3]).
However, as a rule the main attention was paid to the porous materials with a removed surface layer, which has been formed during the chemical etching.
In each layer the volume fractions of materials were fixed and the void fraction fV relative to materials was an adjustable parameter.
Acknowledgements The work was partially supported by Lithuanian State Science and Studies Foundation (project C03046).

Glossary on dislocation notions Dislocation theory was developed mainly with metals in mind [8,9] but later semiconductor heterostructure science used frequently this theoretical framework.
Prismatic dislocation loops cannot glide but they grow by climb which is favorable in brittle materials (Si and Ge at low temperatures, < 550°C) where point defects are mobile at rather low temperatures.
Details of the process are described and references are given in a separate paper of this journal [14].
