Test measurement and analysis 2.1 Exhaust noise measurement To eliminate background noise and reduce measurement error as far as possible, made a blimp use noise and vibration isolation material for this test device, according to GB/T4758, the arrangement of testing points and vent air axial into 45°direction, and 0.5 m away from the air vent nozzle , microphone to vent, measuring point height away ground more than 1.5 m [6], shown in fig.1.

The main advantages of the design of this "mobile " bracket are the following points:
1)saving the flow material and reducing the input;
2)meeting the demand for road traffic as soon as possible and reducing the risk of construction;
3)entering the loop segment of construction as soon as possible to meet the needs of construction period ,which is compared to Full Support;
4)with the removal of the previous segment bracket, the segment plays the role of weight for hanging basket.
