The incorporation of DID concept and risk insight into deterministic based safety inspection has not been well studied so far since the regulatory safety inspection was developed depending on each country’s specific regulation
In general understanding, PRA is described by the series of event trees (ET) that get initiated from an initiating event; therefore, it is essential to associate the relationship conceptually between the 3 levels of PRA with the 5 levels of DiD as define by IAEA [2] in Fig. 2

To ensure the safety of nuclear power plants, the control of reactivity, removal of heat from the core, and restriction of radioactive materials should be performed.

Thus total stress of any point M can be expressed by following formula:
(4)
2.3 Main stress of any point M within soft soil layer considering stress dispersion effect of crust layer
According to mechanics of materials, main stress and normal stress, shear stress relationship can be expressed by following formula:
(5)
According to the additional stress distribution of foundation soil under strip uniformly distributed loading, the stress at the centre line of the embankment is maximum.

In the study of Nonlinear problems establish back analysis method, people gradually find and establish a material parameters method that make the corresponding displacement value and the measured displacement value with the least error .Obviously, for the practical engineering design and construction the most reliable results is the one that on the whole make the most close to the result between based on the obtained results calculated displacement and the measured displacement.
